I will advise you of the time scale at the time of providing you with your quote as it will depend on the complexity of your requirements. As a general rule of thumb, provided that you provide me with all the required information that I ask for to enable me to build an average business or e-commerce  site, no longer than 5-7 days.  I always for my part, meet the deadline promised to my clients.

I only take on one client with a major project at a time and give that client my undivided attention for the duration of their project. I also have an assistant, a specialist programmer and coder that work with me when and if needed. We all also work long hours as we enjoy our work! So really you get a team of four highly skilled professionals working on your project from start to completion. This is how we are not only able to keep to deadlines but also how we provide excellent customer service to each and every client. We care about your project and know that you need it delivered in a timely fashion.

Before your project is begun, everything will be verbally explained to you and you will also receive a detailed quote in writing from me (via email), which forms a contract and is something that you can refer to at any time.

No you don't. I offer you a free domain name which is placed in an account for you and put in your name plus 1 years free web hosting. I will advise you on the best keyword rich domains available for your particular project and you can choose the domain that you would like. If you already own a domain, I will give you clear and easy to follow instruction and help you change the domain settings so it is pointed to work on our state of the art web hosting. I can take care of everything for you - you have no need to worry about anything.

As much as it is nice to put a face to a name, it is really not necessary to meet in person and proximity does not affect your project one bit. Today with the Internet, email, telephone and all manner of live chat clients available, it is possible for us to build website and complete project for clients based anywhere in the world.

Yes, I'm sure that you have but in my experience, what you will get for that sort of price will be unsatisfactory and unfit for purpose in most cases. In my experience those particular '£50' sites lack any form of SEO, often don't work very well if at all, and customer service will be non existent. You may also find that a lot of 'hidden charges' are later applied to your final bill. Whilst my service is affordable and great value for money and I believe in being honest with my clients regarding costs and provide my clients with well built, properly designed and coded, search engine friendly websites as well as excellent customer service. I have yet to see a '£50' website rank well in the search engines or to hear that such a site is actually bringing in any business or enquiries for the client it was built for. I have also been made aware of customer of these '£50' websites  have sometimes been kept waiting for many months before they even see their website on line. Such a site may prove to be completely worthless to you. Bargain basement cheap in the short term can end up very costly in the long run! In my experience, this type of site is thrown together in just an hour. I know of no known way of building a quality website that will work for your business in one hour or for just £50.

I do this to ensure that your website gets the resources it needs so it can function, will be lightening fast and work correctly. A web server (where you web site lives) is a bit like a house. Many very cheap web hosting deals work by placing 800+ website on one small and often older style web server. What happens then is particularly at peek times, every web site is fighting for it's share of resources, many peoples web sites at such times will not even load due to the strain. If you choose to have a large e-commerce or highly interactive web site built, many function may not even work at all on such over crowded low grade web hosting as the website cannot get enough resources or 'power' to run the functions that it needs. Our policy is not to ever work or place clients web site on Windows servers, we only work on Linux servers. Windows servers in our opinion are not as secure as Linux servers and often have major issues running interactive sites correctly. So we don't work with or on Windows servers ever for this reason.

After the first free year of web hosting given to you by us, the cost is just £2 per week. We think you will love the web hosting for many reasons and won't want to change it. If you do, you are of course free to move your web site to any web hosting that you choose. As long as you opt for a CMS, take the free training and want to be able to make edits yourself then yes! I am happy to teach you to edit your website content, add new content etc. yourself so you don't need to pay me to do so. Some clients don't want to do this and simply email me a list of updates or changes they want applied to their websites and I do this for them for a low hourly rate to save them the trouble.

Lots! The web hosting is monitored for you 24/7, 365 days per year. If you decide later on that you want additions to your web site, any kind of updates, extra content or functionality added etc. I am always on hand and can do this work for you at an agreed hourly rate or on a 'per job basis'. Back-ups are made weekly for every client automatically, so if anything should happen to your website or if for any reason it goes wrong, it can be restored for you. Every website built by myself has a master copy made which is stored in a secure vault away and off of the web hosting. This means should the worst ever happen, (like an earth quake, the data centre where your web server lives burns down etc.) your web site could be got back on line and working very quickly, in perhaps just 30 minutes. I always send out an email to clients if anything important that will or may affect their website happens in the search engines, just to keep you informed. Once your site is built, I am able to provide further off and on site SEO services to help your web site rank better/highly in the search engines. I am also happy to provide free advice regarding your web site at any time. I do like to take good care of my clients before, during and after I build their web sites.
